Consumer Redressal

Hi I have a SPICE-425 mobile phone with 2.3 Android version and want to upgrade it to 4.0 I am continuing visiting Service Center for upgrade my phone it and dint get any positive response. 30th oct they said you will have to submit your mobile or you can come tomorrow and we\'ll upgrade it hand by hand. I visited again on 31st then they asked me to submit it and collect it in evening. I did the same and asked them in evening for it then they said its not completed yet and again asked me to collect it on next Morning. When I asked then today (1st Nov), They said they don\'t have setup ready and it will take 5 days more to complete and also they are not sure about it. I have already spent too much Petrol and time due to their irresponsibility. Now its Leading to Frustration and the problem is still same.
