Consumer Redressal

I am receiving unauthorized payment from my Society maintenance office despite of being payment done. I have sent them repeated letter that the payment calculated is incorrect and the same is already paid by me for which I have original receipts. According to Society Chairman, the Manager has stolen all cash payment collected from all Flats and ran away so we need to do the payment again for those months. Following payments has been done by me and I have original receputs but society personnel is denying the payments receipts : 1. Amt Rs 6780 ( Jan , Feb, March 2011) - Receipt No.048 – Paid by Cash 2. Amt Rs 15820 – (April 2011 till Oct 2011 ) Receipt No. 482 – Paid by Cash 3. Amt Rs 6780 – (November 2011 till Jan 2012) Receipt No. 008 – Paid by Cq No. 435304 4. Amt Rs 4520 – (Feb 2012 till March 2012 ) Receipt No. 009 – Paid by Cq No. 435305 5. Amt Rs 6780– (April 2012 till June 2012 ) Receipt No. 007 – Paid by Cq No. 435304
