I have Tata sky connection from last 5 years. No- 1000164108
I have upgraded my package to annual pack on 6-10-2012. It was valid till octo-2013.
My package is changed without informing me on 30-10-2012. When I gave complaint for it, customer care upgraded my package and charged Rs. 226.78 Rs to me.
Why shall I suffer for it? It it is their system error.
