Ola Electric two-wheeler complain
Provided electric vehicle is a Faulty and Defective product. Vehicle number HR51CM8270 Model 2024, chasis No. P53AUDCAJCKA15745, RC No. HRI3570159. along with care+ plan from company.
Issues:
1. Down time of vehicle is too much & vehicle was 25 days in ola facility for repair and maintenance. Product is faulty and defective
2. In last 1 year of time Vehicle's Hub Motor, Display, ECU has been changed still there are faults and problems in vehicle with software and hardware.
3. Claimed and Actual Average are Way apart.
4. WE had done a complaint in National consumer forum Grievance details # 6148981 on 21st August 2024. I was asked to wait for 45 to get reply from OLA. but no concrete reply came for my complaint and complaint was closed without my consent.
