My land line $ broadband connection No: 08042174596, taken on -8-06-2013 by paying advance Rs. 6900/- for six months. Also Airtel collected taxes on advance Rs. 853/- on 19-06-2013. I requested for shifting of my connection on 01-07-2013. Airtel not shifted the connection or not agreed to return the advance.I request you to kindly settle my issue.
