Consumer Redressal

For the last couple of months, I have been requesting the M3M Heights Sector 65, Gurgaon maintenance team to fix a few of the issues for the newly handed over flat no 2007 (tower A). Despite several reminders and calls these are still pending. Especially, the seepage which has increased significantly and it must be due to some leakage. Either I don't get a response or the team keeps on asking for additional time. One key of the flat is with the maintenance team from the last 4 months and still these are pending. . Issues escalated to highest level of maintenance team but one resolving. Property details: Flat no 2007, Tower 1, Project M3M Heights, Sector 65 Gurgaon. List of issues: 1. There is a wall seepage at the entrance of the kitchen and guest room washroom entrance. 2. Gas stove not fixed properly, there is a significant gap between the kitchen countertop and gas stove. 3. Damaged plaster at the entrance of the flat. 4. The Electrical board inside the apartment just after the entrance (back side of the door) is open and can't be closed because the setting of the lock is not proper.
