Consumer Redressal

I am writing to bring a serious matter to your attention that, our hard-earned deposits have been stopped by The Mahabhairab Co-operative Urban Bank Ltd. Tezpur branch for the past six months, and they are unable to return them. We have contacted the branch numerous times, but each time they assure us that the money would be refunded on schedule but give us some hazy dates. They are delaying and giving us deadlines while making false claims in this manner. In the name of my father, my younger brother, and myself, there are three bank accounts (Daily Deposit Accounts), and for the past two years, around Rs. 1,45,500/- (Rupees One lakh Forty Five Thousand Five Hundred) has been deposited into these accounts. Therefore, this is my earnest request to you please take the necessary action and help us get back the hard-earned money from this bank at the earliest.
