When I joined my job at Skytech, Kolkata in 2000, my employer opened my PF account and I submitted 3 transfer forms for 3 previous jobs. It has been few years I have left Skytech and a month ago I have submitted application for withdrawal of my PF amount with EPFO Calcutta. They have settled my account, paid me only the PF amount that got accrued for my job in Skytech and they have completely ignored the amount that accrued in 3 previous employment.
I have got letters from the respective PF Office and Trusts confirming the amount from my previous employers had been transferred to my PF account EPFO calcutta. But EPFO calcutta is denying the receipt of the same and are not ready to settle my amount that accrued in previous employments. Please suggest what options I have.
