Consumer Redressal

My shipment AWB: 3444246550485 (Credit card) has been sent from ICICI bank through "DELHIVERY" courier service. But the delivery agent did not attempt to deliver to my address and incorrect status update has been sent to courier company. The delivery agent has given wrong information without visiting my address. I have given complain to Delhivery customer support team, but no response found from courier end.
