I got Allotment of Residential Flat in Project "THE MILLENNIA 37D'', GURUGRAM on 1st Nov 2017(attached allotment letter) and as per BBA(Builder Buyer Agreement) we should get possession by August 2021 but it doesn't happen. Builder is not doing construction at expected pace but 100% payment is already taken(Attaching most recent and last payment receipt). As per BBA 6.2 clause we are entitle for delay interest at the rate of 15 % per annum for every month till the handing over the possession but builder is not giving any intrest and asking us to settle on possession time. We are in huge financial loss as we are paying Home loan emi and rent as well from last 4.5 years. Please take action on this and order to builder to pay delay interest asap and speed up the construction so that we can get the possession as quickly as possible. Thanks, Gourav Maggu
