Hello Sir/ Madam,
I have booked AirIndia flight for 20th May Pune-Dehradun on 12th March 2022
other details are as below:

Booking id: EMT94698502
Ticket No.- 0986935543161 / 0986935543162 / 0986935543163 / 0986935543164
Refund RA has been raised by EaseMyTrip and below are the numbers-
RA No - 4001427599 , 4001427600 , 4001427601 , 4001427602
I am doing continuous follow up on refund amount through email or IVR (communication via Customer care) but every time I am getting the same answer as I have wait more 10-15 days and now it is more than 4 months and still I have not received refund.
Please help me out to sort the issue.
