Respected Sir/Mam,
I am using reliance GSM. It has been found that they used to deduct balance for no reason. I am faced this problem several time, the used to return me the money when i talked to their customer care.
Bus sir the last incident happened 23-24 November 2013.
Suddenly my Rs30 balance was deducted. When i talked tho their customer care on 27th Nov 2013 they said that its is 3 days old case we cant help you. I have mailed them too but same response.
Plz help me on this matter and plz stop suck harassment.
