Consumer Redressal

I have taken a home loan from ICICI Bank Ltd with loan A/c no.LBVPI00001909202. The Loan was sanctioned to me on 21st June 2012 & I have taken the loan disbursement after submitting the Original Saledeed of my apartment on 17.10.2012. My complaint is the Bank has deducted Principal/Interest from my Savings Bank Account with them from July 2012. For 4 months they have deducted Rs.11831/- from my account. I have reminded them & have sent many reminders which they have ignored & I am sending you mail because I am not in a position to recover my deducted sum. How can they deduct the installments when I have not taken any disbursement? I was informed that On the basis of the cheque they made on June 2012, they have deducted the sum. My question is when I have not received any loan till 17.10.2012, how will they deduct my installment? I am ready to pay the installment from 17.10.2012. Kindly look into the matter & help me in this regard.
