Consumer Redressal

Hi, I have very much surprised that Honda 2 wheeler company which is such a huge giant/manufacturer of two wheeler worldwide. Now I have purchased CB Shine on 12 Feb 2013 and within 15 days i am frustrated with its gear shifting problem and mask related problem and i have also complain the same with Shanti Honda,Pune many times and they are not able to remove this problem, if this is problem with the bike then replace it or you can sort it out. Otherwise Honda should give me in written that they are not able to solve this problem, then i will go to consumer court to register this complain against Honda 2 wheeler.
