respeted sir,
i have taken PSA licence of making pancard from UTIISL.as since last 10 months the pancard business is not satisfactory ,i have requested the uti company officers at bhubaneeswar,kolkata and mumbai to surrender my PSA licence of pancards and take back the remaining couponsand forms and return my money. but they refused to return my money..i pray you to please intervene and direct the uti authorities at bhubaneswar to return my money. my PSA licence code is 2or 72879
