On 20th November I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Pune through Travolook. They cancelled my ticket saying the flight is cancelled. I checked with Spicejet and it was not cancelled. They mailed that refund will be given in 3 to 5 days. No refund has come. I tweeted against them. Someone called me assuring refund will be given within 3 to 5 days. It's been 10 days and no refund.The ticket price was 4683 INR
