On 24th Nov ordered from www.naaptol.com, 1 pair of Lotto Traunt Navy Blue shoes, Size 10 via Order No.7671284. Wrongly recd.Size 8 shoes. Naaptol asks me to resend the wrong shoes to their Delhi address at my own cost, which I firmly refuse. Please ask www.naaptol.com to replace my shoes at their own cost and deliver me the correct Size 10 shoes.
