Hi,
I have purchased a mattress and it is in warranty period of 5 years and have got damaged.
As per the warranty card it should be replaced within the warranty period, but now they are charging for the defect and they are saying that as per the company policy it is chargeable but no where it is mentioned such information in warranty slip.
