Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I have paid Rs.10,500.00 from my bank account and rest Rs. 30,000.00 from my credit card to Makin Memories for travel card. They have explained me so many things like i can get free hired card for 7 days, breakfast and dinner included and I need to pay only 1666.00 for 4 adult + 2 child stay at their hotel, I can get 10 free movie ticket at ant theatre i.e. inox or any 3D theatre and also I will get one user id & login for booking of my travel plan but now they have exact opposite things for me Now they have told you have to pay fuel charges for hired vehicle, they only reimburse Rs.100.00 for movie ticket, only breakfast available and there is not user id and password. We are from middle class background and after hearing this scheme, we felt we also can travel in luxurious place using this card and can use services with this card but they have done fraud with me.
