Consumer Redressal

I had booked a flight ticket on the 19th of October 2021 from Spicejet online portal and the booking got cancelled immediately after the amount was deducted. The PNR:HHDNHH was the pnr number for the ticket after that I called the customer care for refund of my amount Spicejet and wrote several mails and it goes unheard with the same reply that they will get back in 5 days or the amount will be refunded within 24 hours. 08473344 is the case number provided by Spicejet and refund is not being initiated till now as it is almost 2 months now and I have to make calls and wait an hour or longer to get inline with the customer care just to hear it will be resolved and the amount refunded in 24 hours and nothing has happened till now. Kindly help me as I don't know how to get my refund as I have to make the payment to the bank as it was an overdraft amount. Regards, Alphonse Rai
