My name is Tenis Bhurat, manager of Maitri Designs, Surat. We have booked 2 Parcel with Alleppey Parcel Service LLP (APS)on 03/11/2021. But the same consignment has not reached to the party till date i.e. 29/11/2021. We have asked the authorities of APS but none are giving us valid reasons for not delivering the consignment till date. LR No. is T5AA26967415. Booked from Surat(Gujarat) to Kattappanna(Kerala). Please look into the matter and do the needful.
