Consumer Redressal

On 21 October 2021 I gave advance of rupees 60,000.00 to 'Shravan Caterers' Koharapeer, Bareilly. Amount was to provide service on 5th Feb 2022 for a marriage function. Caterer asked me check for his quality of food and service on 18th Nov 2021. I found the quality very bad and service was not as promised. I asked him to refund the advance amount. He is refusing to refund back the advance amount. He didn't gave me the bill but I have recording of him taking the money and promising the service. He has stopped responding to my calls. Total amount of the deal is 3,00,000 rupees.
