Dear Sir, We had booked a flight ticket(throgh Travolook.com) from PATNA to HYDERABAD on 21/08/2021 wide ref No.REF901944018 the tiket was cancelled and not generated PNR on that day i was received a call from Travolook customer care person that the ticket was cancelled and your refund will get in your account within 7 working. I was contacted next week. Travolook customer care executive said that within 14 working days from booking you will get the refund. I did not get the refund after 14 working days. I was contacted after 1 Month. Travolook customer care executive said that within 1 week you will get the refund.definitely. I was contacted after 2 Months. Travolook customer care executive said that within 1 week you will get the refund.definitely. I was contacted through EMail on 13/10/2021 . Travolook were replied that 7 working days more will take for the refund . I was contacted once again through EMail on 10/11/2021 . Travolook were replied that 7 working days more will take for the refund . Till now i didnot received any refund from Travolook its 94 days completed from booking date.
