This is to inform you that I have booked the flight ticket from TRAVOLOOK(AHMEDABAD to DELHI) dated 22ND June 2021 and travel date is 24TH June 2021. But ticket was cancelled by the TRAVOLOOK due to the Technical reason and we got the message from TRAVOLOOK that Refund Rs. 4161 will be credited within 15 working days, but refund not being credited yet. So, I have made lot of calls in last 4 months, but everytime they said you will get the refund with in a week.I have been fed up with them. As we have checked the review on TRAVOLOOK site there are lots of people having same problem.
So, I requested you to please support us and take a necessary action for my refund.
