I have booked my Ticket on 24th September 2021 through Travolook and immediately after payment i received message that Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in: REF410029356 due to fare expiration. Please contact our customer support at 0124-643-4800 or send us an email at support@travolook.in and one of our travel expert will be pleased to assist you. In Such unlikely event, if your tickets cannot be processed for any reason you will be notified via email or by telephone and your payment will NOT be processed.
Even after following them on Toll free or through email they give false promises and not refunding my money. Kindly help in this regard.
My refund amount is Rs.4034/- which is still to be received from them.
