I have booked and paid advance amount of 2,300 rupees at 21st September 2021 to migrate a 15kg luggage from Bengaluru to Kumbakonam through Veer-Cargo (http://veercargopackersmovers.in/) but they had delivered incorrect luggage and when I tried to approach them they are not responding to my call most of the time for last 1.5 months and not giving back the refund amount too.
They are not ready to deliver the correct luggage too.
