Dear Sir/Madam, I tried to book an airline ticket from the website https://www.travolook.in/ company based in Gurugram, Haryana. They cancelled my ticket when they receive online payment. Now they didn't process my refund. I tried to contact them through email and call but no response. The refund amount is Rs 2306.00 and ticket booking Ref no. is 087282205. Please help me to so that I got my refund. I also came to know that this fraud company do the same thing to every customer. Please take necessary action on such fraud company.
