Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir I ordered for 2 nos insect killer Nova 3004 on 19th October on homeshop18 vide order no 932226691 and paid in full by my ICICI bank credit card. The order was wrongly send with invoice showing 2 nos whereas the physical quantity was one. I rejected the order and requested for a refund on 27th October. On 29th I got a confirmation which is still showing in their website that my refund has been processed. On 31st they called me and told me that a fresh order is booked under order no 65019051 and when I said that I have already made the purchase locally they advised me to reject the order if is is delivered as the product has already been sent. On 13th they made a claim the the product is delivered without actual delivery. I have made innumerable calls and mails in between but till date my money is not refunded.
