Hi,
My name is Sandeep and I am writing this complaint since I have not received refund of my cancelled Airline ticket with Srilankan Airlines.
I had booked the travel to Maldives from Bangalore through Travel Triangle app. Due to Covid my trip got cancelled and my air ticket also got cancelled.
RA number for my cancelled tickets are 4000825644 & 4000825650. Its been 8 months since I have raised for cancellation and waiting for amount refund.
I strongly condemn this delay of issuing the refund and urge to process the refund soon.
