I have cancelled my Air India air-ticket No.0982134871300 for the sectors VTZ-MUM-HYD on 14th February 2021 owing to rescheduling of the flight from MUM-HYD on 7th March 2021 (Booking reference No. HJMTM).During the cancellation of my flight,I had been told that full refund will be granted and accordingly a case ID was generated. The case ID No. related to the cancellation is 07840411. It was given to understand that the refund has been process on 8th March 2021 but I have not received the refund so far. Air India has been told the non-receipt of the refund.
