i was booked a ticket from easemytrip.com.
Destination was Delhi to BLR on 20th Sept 2021. They deduct the money 5726/- (UPI Id is 126354819232)but they didn't provide the flight ticket or any cancellation massage. after calling 7 times then they said send a cancellation mail on 24th sept, that money will refund within 5 -7 days. it was already taken10 days (20th sept - 1st Oct) but still now i didn't get back the money. Please help to get back my money.
