Dear Sir / Ma'am,
We, Amkay Products Pvt Ltd, GST No.: 27AAGCA6560N1Z8 had booked 2 consignments in a Transport Company named as on Chatisgarh Cargo Carriers, Vapi Branch, Gujarat, GST No.: 24AHKPT0160D1ZN. We had lodged a complaint in regards of the lost material on 11th July, 2021. The transporter reverted back on 16th September, 2021 that the material i been in Chindhwara Branch, Madhyapradesh. We had reverted the transport to deliver 1 consignment to Bhopal Branch, Madhya Pradesh and rebook the 2nd Consignment to Vapi Branch, Gujarat. Today is 30.09.2021 but still no action is been taken on it.
The Admin and Concerned Authorities of this portal are requested to please take strict action against this Transport Company and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
