We have drop a parcel box of Material from Gwalior to Gadarwara with advance payment on dated 13-Sep-2021, We are taking following up after 4-5 days while our material not received at site and we are continuously calling for tracking the material a new person giving a new person no for material status. After 15 days of parcel material not received till now and am calling to the concern person they said talk to this one they will help you and then i talk to him he said talk to this guy no one taking responsibility and no update the status where is my material.
