The Capital GTM has sales person done fraud with us. At the time of selecting the flat he asked us to deposit Rs. 50000/- without signing any form. We initiated the 25000/- + 25000/- though UPI on 2nd Apr 2018. Then when we came to know that the description he told us about the flat was not actual then we cancelled the same. At the time of cancellation, sales person ensured us that the amount is refundable. After that there was lockdown from last 2 years and my personal health was not good.
