Dear Sir
I have been billed for Rs 7275 /- in last billing cycle which much more than highest unlimited plan of 3 GB Rs 650 /- I am unable pay such huge amt. The restriction of 1GB has not work and usage beyong free limit was charged. I would like to request to revert the bill and charged max Rs 650 for unlimited which i am ready to pay.
Its my humble request Please deactivate the card with immediate effect revert bill as per max if u wish me to continue to be your customer. Credit limit for billing was unilaterly incresed to 12800/-
