Consumer Redressal

I had taken a domestic helper from Matri Bhavan Seva Kendra near Garia Station on 06/11/2013 and the helper picked up my cell phone.The centre admitted that it was picked up by the lady sent by them but the lady has misplaced my phone and therefore they are not in a position to return it.I told them that your are taking service charge and what is the use of taking helper from a centre.But they are not helping.I also tld them that let us bear the loss 50-50 but they are not agreeing.Pl help.Their phone no is 9830060020 and 9830191600.
