Reference: HI9N5R/SG Booking Ref: 89299853 Airline: Spice Jet Dear Sir/Madam, On 16th July 2021 We was scheduled to fly with SPICE JET from (DUBAI-DXB to MADURAI-IXM). This concerned flight (SG 134). This flight was cancelled by your airline due to travel restrictions. In the event of a flight cancellation due to the travel restrictions, I am requesting for a refund of the ticket price of AED 1328.60. Because I could not rebook the ticket, the reason I booked this ticket for my wife and my infant child. They are coming to Dubai for a Visit Visa so they have to exit the country before the visa expires so I have to go for another airline for the same day. but the request still not processed always saying the technical error problem so please help me in this regard.
