VISTARA is not refunding for the flight PNR M9WKLG I booked before COVID-19 pandemic hit the world and the journey had to be abandoned due to cancelled flights. They have agreed to pay, but continuously delaying the payment for the last 6 months. All the details were provided and accepted by them on March 16, 2021, when they promised to process the refund within 12 working days, but are continuously asking for more time since then. 6 months is a long time to wait for this.
