Hi Team,
I have booked my air ticket with travolook.in on the 14th July'21. I immediately received a call and a mail that my tickets have been cancelled and refund will be processed. Its been close to 2 months now and I have been writing emails and calling customer support for the refund.
So far I have not received any amount and they stopped replying my emails too. I have also given various options for refund and until I followed up no one came back to me.
