The flight was cancelled for Covid 19.
I initiated refund requests on 24 Dec 2020. I have been calling customer care service since then.
Even after repeated requests, I have still not got the refund. It has been more than 08 months, the airline is not responding adequately to refund the money.
Every time I speak to customer care executive, They say it is being done.
I have not got the refund yet.
Please do the needful so that I get back my hard earned money at the earliest.
