Consumer Redressal

I had booked a return flight on Air India for my parents with Date of Journey (DOJ): 28th May, from "New Delhi to Mumbai" for 4 travelers. After few days, I got an email saying that "The flight itinerary has been modified" the new flight timings were not suitable and hence I contacted Air India Customer Support for the cancellation of my flight. The Booking Reference for the tickets is: "H2GBH", and the flight number is: "AI 678". The cancellation reference number is "09259474". Since then, we have been contacting Customer Support almost every day and they keep saying that your "Your refund is still in processing" and would take almost 15 days. I have even filed a complaint on Airsewa but no satisfactory answer is received. It's been 4 months now, and it seems, no actions have been taken by Air India against the refund process. E-Ticket numbers for the 4 travelers are 0982134890482, 098213490484, 098213490485, 098213490486 with names Pushpa Badhani, Puran Chandra, Munni Pandey, and Pitambar Pandey, respectively. Hence, I request you to please help us get our valuable Refunds soon. A small help would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if any further details are needed. Thank you so much.
