Consumer Redressal

I have booked a eticket (0982134860956) from Chicago (ORD) to Amritsar (ATQ) on 5th March, 2021. I had got symptoms of corona (fever, cold & cough) at the time of boarding so Air India didn’t allow me to go. After all the discussion, I had cancelled the ticket by calling to Air India office, phone number 1-888-634-1407. but five months passed away still my refund amount is pending. I have called the customer support couple of times and also sent various email to Air India. But I have not received any response so far. Air India customer care representatives are NOT knowledgeable about the refund status and not giving precise answer for the delay. Every time they have acknowledged that refund will be processed for payment within 7-10 days. you are kindly requested to intervene and resolve the issue regarding my refund. Kindly do needful.
