Consumer Redressal

I had book a transport service from Delhi to Prayagraj on 7th august through transport service provider (Name : Mr. Sanjay Kumar, 9516200010, 7449356335 , M/s Keeshav Cargo Mover). On 7th august they reach to my Delhi home for material pickup. They have loaded all my goods and left. After mew minutes Mr. Sanjay called me for payment and he assured that the good will reach Prayagraj within 2 or 3 days. so I had payed and waited for 3 days but goods have not reached to destination. today its 19th Aug and its being 12 days but still the goods have not reached yet. The service provided never pickups the phone I had called them numerous time. After 2 or 3 missed called the phone get switched off every time. its seems that I had encountered with fraud hence looking forward for judiciary based enquiry and police action as per indian law against the subject service provider.
