I had booked air ticket on 12/06/2021 vide ref no. REF546363263 through travolook.in by paying Rs.4197 online which was subsequently cancelled by travolook citing technical reason and confirmed refund of amount within 7 days.However, refund has not been made even after 2 months. Whenever approached either through mail or throug toll free, every time similar reply of getting refunds in another 10 to 14 days are being made. They are just making fool.
