Consumer Redressal

I have shifted my house hold goods on 04.07.2021 by Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. (APML) from Durgapur (west Bengal) to Mahabubnagar (Telangana) vide consignment number GCRNGJ 212200023 and as per quotation, I have paid Rs 57175/- by online mode from Saving account and against my payment , they have issued payment receipt of Rs 57175/- but regret to inform you that I got invoice/bill of Rs 54000/- and regarding this for correction of my invoice, I have lodged complaint to APML (Transport company) vide ticket number 1036740 dated 01.08.2021, and after several follow-up, they had not send corrected invoice and harassing us and mentally pressurized. Hence requesting you to please help us in getting corrected invoice as per our payment , we are totally pressurized /tortured by the rude behavior of their staff members.
