This is regarding my refund amount of around Rs. 6045 and more which was already initiated by the airlines to the travel agency Travellook.com. Rs. 4528 on 13/07/2021 from Indigo and Rs. 1517 was initiated on 27th June itself from Goairgo. my reference no. is REF981656141. Travellook.com is a fraud agency . They offered coupon of Rs. 900 at the time of booking and later asked us to pay Rs. 900 . only then did they gave us the ticket through email. The flight got cancelled by the airlines itself twice. While rescheduling also they asked us to pay Rs. 300.
Please take strict action against the agency not for me but for other people like me who are facing the same issue. It seems lot of people are duped of their money. Pls take action and help me get my refund.
