Purchased Liebherr Refrigerator (Invoice no.: 36R2001545) on 23/09/2020 from CPR Distributors Pvt Ltd. Opp Empress City, Nagpur.
In the last week of June 2021 complaint was registered regarding ineffective cooling and it was attended after 6 days.
Again on August 2021 same complaint registered. However till now problem is not solved.
Within a span of one month problem is noticed twice.
Liebherr should replace the faulty item with new and pay the compensation for the days of suffering OR pay back the purchase amount and compensation for the days of suffering.
