Dear Sir,
I have booked a Air ticket with the Air India as per given detail & cancelled by the air line due to non operational of flight but the still my refund has not been released.
In this regards I have done mail to Air India officials & contacted so many times over the phone but my refund is still awaiting and no response has been given by the Official, the detail of ticket given for your information-

2. Date Of travelling- 26.05.2021
3. Detail of travelling- Kolkatta to Indore
4. Ticket Number- 098-4723637317
5. Register Mobile in the ticket-9805727777
6. RA Number by the Air India- 4001086984.
7. Amount of Ticket- 8669/-
8. Reason for Cancellation- Flight was non operational due to "Taute Tofaan"
Request you to please instruct to the Air Line officers to reply the customers complaints.
