Refrigerator -Liebherr FF Refrigerator 265 L TCB 2640 Blue Cluster II 1.I purchased a Liebherr FF Refrigerator 265 L TCB 2640 Blue Cluster II amounting Rs. 26,300.00 (Invoice no.: 36R2001545) on 23/09/2020 from CRP Distributors Pvt. Ltd. Lotus Electronics Super Market, Opp Empress City, Nagpur. 2.In the last week of June 2021 complaint was registered regarding ineffective cooling. Complaint was attended after 6 days. 3.On August 3, 2021 again the same complaint was registered and till now the fault is not addressed. 4.Within a span of one month problem is noticed twice. 5.Refrigerator is an essential part of household and if it takes six days to attend a complaint then one can imaging the suffering by the customer. I faced this suffering. In this situation Liebherr should replace the faulty refrigerator with new and pay the compensation for the period of suffering OR pay back me paid amount and pay the compensation for the period of suffering .
