Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, On, 06 july 2016, I (RAGHAVENDRA L) booked 3 plots on self's name from UTC INDIA PVT LTD(LAYOUT DEVELOPER) by paying Rs 5,18,400/-(FIVE LAKHS EIGHTEEN THOUSAND AND FOUR HUNDRED ONLY) which has been acknowledged by the way of receipts and MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. The layout was being developed by the company in the outskirt's of CHIKKABALLAPUR TOWN, but now they have stopped the development work and also there is no sign of the company beginning the layout work. UTC INDIA PVT LTD(LAYOUT DEVELOPER) company M.D (B P GANGAHANUMAIAH) is absconding since august 2018, along with the other company employees and all other office equipment's are also has been evacuated. I am deprived of my money for more than 5 years, and there is no sign of layout being developed by the company, nor police department is doing any thing in this matter. I sincerely request you to order the company to refund my money with interest. Please do the need full as early as possible. yours sincerely Raghavendra L
